Graphic Designer

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to help design social media content and flyers designs for our clients.

Core job responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of digital content for social media accounts
  • Communicate with clients
  • Print and Digital Flyer Design
  • Simple Video Editing
  • Occasional meetings
  • Working as a part of a Digital Marketing team


Requirements:

  • Business Level English / Casual Level Japanese
  • Must live in or around Tokyo
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong time management skills
  • Creative Flair
  • Able to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • A strong understanding of the Japanese business culture
  • Experience designing for Nightclubs is a plus


Software Requirements:

  • The designer must have extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excel and Google Docs
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus

Part Time Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a digital marketing assistant to help with creating copy, and scheduling social media posts.

Core job responsibilities:

  • Create copy for posts in both Japanese and English on various SNS platforms for a variety of clients
  • Communicate with clients
  • Content Planning and Scheduling
  • SNS Management
  • Team meetings
  • Working as a part of a Digital Marketing team


Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Passionate about social media
  • Able to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • A strong understanding of the Japanese business culture
  • Experience managing a popular social media account or blog is a plus


Software Requirements:

  • Slack
  • Excel
  • Google Docs
  • Basic Design abilities are a plus
